These cute miniature ornaments are made of gourds. Hawaiian name is Ipu. Ipu gourds play a large role in Hawaiian culture. They were used as instruments ( drums which used during hula dance performances), also for food and medicine. Gourds come in many shapes, forms and sizes. Every little ornament has a hard shell with seeds still inside.

Size: Aprox 2-2.5 H, 1.5” W- the sizes still can vary a little smaller or a little bigger since they are made of real gourds.

Each ornament is hand painted one in a time, so you truly get a unique and one-of-a kind piece.
