Post is collected Monday - Friday from our studio in Milton Keynes. Orders placed after 12 am will normally be processed the following working day.

UK delivery is by Second Class Royal Mail.

International delivery is by international tracked via Royal Mail

Please allow three working days for delivery in the UK, and 12 working days for international delivery, although orders will often arrive sooner than this.

I always send an email to advise when I have posted your order.

Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are out of my control... if you have not received your item within five working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 15 working days. In the rare case of non-delivery please contact me within 30 days of ordering so that I can look into this for you.

Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the onus is on the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy.

Please be aware colours may vary slightly to those pictured - I am always happy to provide colour samples if ever unsure of colours.

if you have a specific request regarding a wall sticker then please email us - some designs can be changed and others can't, but we will help if we can!
