All of our items are made out of Wood. The designs, words, or sayings are engraved into the wood.
The designs are not a print or piece of paper, marker or paint, or vinyl.

All of our handcrafted items are made by us from start to finish in our workshop and art studio.

Items that hang on the wall will have a sawtooth hanger already installed on the back so it can quickly and easily hang when you receive it.

Photo Frames have a sawtooth hanger installed on the back of each to hang on the wall and aslo come with a removable peg so it can stand alone easily on any table, shelf, mantle, desk, dresser, etc...

We use Wood for all our items. Wood has natural grooves, grains, and knots that may be seen but adds to the character and charm of each item. We do not cover them up because they are natural, rustic, and unique.

Items in pictures are just a representation of each item since each one is made to order just for you. Size measures may vary slightly since each item is made out of wood. Color may differ slightly from computer to computer.

Every item is described and portrayed to the best of our abilities.
No two pieces are exactly alike due to the handcrafted nature of each item.

All props, backgrounds, and photos in listing pictures are not included and are there for staging purposes only.

Each item is a custom creation just for you that is handcrafted and made to order upon receipt.
We begin work on each order immediately after its received. We have a quick production turnaround time considering it is a handmade item.
For this reason, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted For Any Reason. Returned items will not be accepted.

Items will be replaced if:
-Items arrive damaged
-You receive the wrong item (only by our fault)

All packages are wrapped securely and have tracking.
If you receive a damaged item in the mail, you must let us know within 24 hours upon delivery. Several digital photos must be taken of the Damaged Item and Packaging and sent to us via Etsy Convo so we can file a damage claim before a new item is made and sent out. (photos must be of the whole item for product verification.) Do Not throw out the packaging since the Post Office has a right to inspect the damage claim.
Items will be replaced with Exact item ONLY.

We Cannot Guarantee any order will arrive by a specific date. We can always let you know when the item will ship out by us and let you know Estimated shipping times only, however sometimes the postal service can be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, and the current pandemic. We are not held responsible for postal delays and if it doesn't make it by a certain date needed or for a holiday. We are not responsible for time sensitive gifts. A tracking number is always sent when your order ships so you can track your order.

If you mark your order as a gift in the cart you can add a gift message. You can enter your message and make sure to include your "from" names so the recipient knows who the gift was from.

Yes, the combined discounted shipping costs will automatically calculate when the items are placed into the cart to be ordered. The combined shipping is for multiple items going to one address. Items that are ordered together ship together. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses they must be purchased separately.

Make sure your address is updated/correct on your order when checking out to ensure proper delivery and that it is a USPS deliverable address.

If your item is returned to us because of an incorrect, insufficient, or a non-deliverable address, then you will be responsible to pay to reship the item. Returns/ cancellations will not be granted.

Packages Marked As Delivered (bu not received): Refunds or Replacements will Not be given. It is the buyer's responsibility to have the correct address and a secure location for your packages to be delivered to.
Your PO can pull up the GPS coordinates to verify where your package is.
Stolen packages need to be reported to the police.

All packages have a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered(but not received) or have been stolen. (Refunds or replacements will not be given.)
If your order is lost "in transit" for more than 20 days per the insurance terms necessary, a claim will be filed with the insurance and will email an affidavit for you to sign and a replacement only will be issued to the address on the original order.
