Melodia glasses
Ordered 6 of each Melodia wine, champagne, whisky and tall glasses from Robert Dyas. All, bar one champagne flute, arrived safely and the broken one was replaced promptly with a complete box of 6 even though only one was broken. Excellent service.

Initial problem dealt with without quibble or dela
I ordered six glasses and was very pleased with them except that two of them were broken. On contacting Robert Dyas I was offered a refund or replacement. As I wanted six glasses to match I chose the replacement. I received a further consignment today. Unfortunately two of these were also broken in spite of the parcel being clearly shown as “fragile”. However from my point I do not think Robert Dyas could have done more and I have my six glasses and two spares
