My name is Noelia and I am the owner behind everything going on here, I've always been a crafty person and when pandemic gave me the opportunity I didn't doubt a minute before I started creating again, just few weeks after I was opening this Etsy shop, and it's one of the best things I've done in life!

I work full time in the hospitality sector, so as you can imagine not everyday is a easy day, some days can get really stressful and overwhelming but everyday is worth it!

Shipping and Delivery Information

I wanted to keep you updated on the status of your order. Due to all the things going on in the world (hoping for better times soon), there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the original estimated date.
I'll always try my best to ship your order as soon as I can (always within the process time) as nothing makes me more happy than an early delivery!

UK - 1st & 2nd Class services, please allow couple of extra days after the estimate delivery time, Royal mail tries to always deliver on time but they might face inconveniences some times.

Europe - International Standard & Tracked and Signed services, Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel within 3 to 5 working days however since Brexit, country of destination might held goods at customs for checks (this can take up to several weeks), this doesn't depend on me or Royal Mail, I fill up all paper works up to standards but each country takes their own measures, same applies for taxes. If you choose Tracked delivery we can check the status of your order.
