Custom orders may take an additional few days, if proof approval is requested by the buyer. We try to get all the necessary details regarding the customization from the buyer at the time of purchase, but if anything is left out, an exchange of multiple correspondences can add to the time frame.

We do offer rush order processing, and work around your schedule to ensure the order is delivered timely. Contact us about this prior to placing an order. Leaving a date in the note to seller does not guarantee delivery by that date.

Yes, we can design new cards or modify our currently listed cards at your request.

There will be a customization fee, which will vary based on the extent of the customization request. Contact us about this option PRIOR to placing an order.

If you place an order with a customization request without contacting us first (i.e. adding/changing a line on a card that doesn't allow customization, hashtag, etc.), you will be required to pay the customization fee before we can begin processing your order. Any delays that occur due to this exchange can effect the turnaround time. So please contact us first. We do our best to reply asap!

Yes. Contact us prior to placing the order! We reply asap. Leaving a date in the note to seller does not guarantee delivery by that date. Bring it to our attention so we can advise you accordingly on when we can ship the order, which shipping method would be best, and if there will be a rush order fee.

Yes! All of our hair tie options are shown in the listings. Scroll through the pictures of the listing to see them.

In the note to seller at checkout, provide the number(s) that correspond to the hair tie(s) you want.

You can choose the same hair tie(s) for all the cards or choose different ones for each card! You can make your own assortments or let us choose.

Please do check our shop announcements to see if any hair tie is out of stock. If you don't check and choose an out of stock hair tie, we will contact you and ask you to choose a replacement.

Leaving out this information or choosing an overstock hair tie can increase the turnaround time.

My prices do not include VAT/GST or other import fees.

Your country may have a VAT/GST that will be collected at the time of delivery. These are not extra shipping charges or insufficient postage charges. It's the buyer's responsibility to pay them, not the seller's responsibility.

Please be aware of these fees prior to ordering.

If a package is refused and returned due to VAT/GST or other import fees, a refund will be issued minus shipping cost once the package is delivered back to me.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any delays in shipment on the part of USPS. We work very hard to ensure all orders are shipped timely. If your order was shipped timely, which is within our 3-5 business days timeframe or rush processing timeframe, and later was delayed from USPS, we can't be held responsible.

Including an event date in the note of an order, without contacting us first, does not ensure timely delivery prior to that date. We ship orders within our turnaround time unless we are requested rush processing.

If your order was delivered late and you no longer need it, you can return the order to us following our return policy above. No return/refund will be issued for custom or personalized orders.
