Our light fixture arrived well packaged and our electrician had no trouble installing it for us. The fixture is stunning and adds interest to the room, but manages to not be such a focal point that it detracts from the room as a whole.

5 out of 5 starsThe light is fabulous. I love it for my dining room remodel. Good communication with seller for sizing of rod, and arrived timely. The rod did have smudge marks when it arrived and she quickly sent a new one. Putting in the spikes/spindles is time consuming, but not difficult. They send extra spindles. Make sure you wear gloves to protect the brass. I purchased dimmable bulbs and switch, as it can be quite bright. Eve is amazing w/ her customer service.

Where do our products ship from?
We are currently shipping from our small workshop in India
Do you offer customization of your products?
Yes we will be only too happy to customise your lighting if at all possible, and often this will be done at no extra charge to you.
Is your lighting dimmable?
Yes all our lighting is dimmable provided it is fitted with dimmable bulbs that are compatible with your dimmer switch
Is your lighting compatible with the electricity and voltage of my country?
Yes all our fixtures are 110-240V compatible so they work in all countries.
How long will it take to receive my lighting?
We need up to 12 working days to complete most of our designs and shipping takes an average of 5 working days depending on where you live.
What happens if my lighting arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged during transit or there is a defect in production, we will hasten to remedy the situation for you as quickly and conveniently as we possibly can.
