As of March 1st, the prices of goods from our suppliers and shipping carriers have recently increased. To maintain the quality of our products, we have adjusted our prices accordingly to cover the rising costs of inventory and shipping, while still providing free shipping to our customers. We will also be offering sales whenever possible to assist our customers. We greatly appreciate your support and look forward to you enjoying our beautiful candles :)
In addition to our regular sales, we will also be offering special promotions and discounts throughout the year to help offset the rising costs. We want to make sure that our customers are able to enjoy our candles without breaking the bank.

Please note that during the winter months, the appearance and scent of your candles may be affected by the cold weather. This is normal and does not damage the candles. 5 out of 5 starsI ordered several candles from Suzee’s Candles. Each scent was amazing. My favorites have been the Ocean Rose and Blueberry Cobbler. The Nag Champa is also great bc it smells exactly like Nag Champa! I get headaches from strong scents so these are the perfect strength for me. They fill my room with a gentle comforting aroma. I have cats so I wanted something that is more safe for them. I haven’t been able to burn a candle in ages bc of safety concerns for my pets. It took a bit of searching to find a 100% beeswax candle that is scented. As a plus they are also 100% organic. She has so many scents so I was able to buy more than 1. So hard to find natural candles without mint, eucalyptus, and citrus oils which are very unsafe for cats. And the seller is an angel and great communicator. 10/10 product and service experience.

What makes the candles high-quality?
We use only the highest premium ingredients starting with our beeswax ingredient, which help supports our local bee farms in caring for our bees pollinators.
10% of our profits from every order is donated to save the bees and pollinators.
Our Number one ingredient is pure Soy which is 100% American grown and supports our American Farmers
All our scents are all made with premium fragrance and infused with essential oils that come from plants grown on our American Farms. We use suppliers that ensure no pesticides or chemicals are ever used.

What size bags or boxes do I need for the favors?
These favors are conveniently sized at 4oz and are packaged in jars measuring 2 inches by 3 inches. If you are considering buying bags or boxes for your favors, please note that we do not sell them. However, we wanted to provide you with the information about the sizes you will need for your candles. The recommended sizes are 5x7 bags or 3x3 gift boxes.
How long does it take to receive a digital proof?
Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a digital proof for your approval within 10 business's days. We understand the importance of accuracy, which is why we prefer to send proofs just before we label and pack your order for shipping. Kindly keep an eye on your Etsy messages for this proof. As soon as you confirm the proof, your order will be shipped on the scheduled date mentioned in your Etsy order receipt. If you require your order to be expedited, please inform us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. In case you are placing an order on short notice, kindly reach out to us before placing the order, as we are unable to cancel or refund orders once they have been submitted.
Can I choose multiple scents for my order?
Yes, Since we have so many beautiful scents to choose from, it can be hard to decide which scent to settle with which is why we recommend a minimum 25 candle amount per each scent. Choose your primary scent from the drop down and be sure to include your additional scents for each minimum amount of 25 candles. For example of 50 candles you are allowed 2 different scents, for 100 candles then you can choose up to 4 different scents if you wish. :)
Can I get a refund or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our custom-made orders, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any scents. As a small company, our profit margins are low and we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is considered final. However, if any changes arise, we are more than happy to work with you. We have plenty of flexible options available to ensure your satisfaction.
Package says delivered, but I never received it
If your order says delivered and it's not, please contact your local USPS. They will be able to do a GPS track to see where the packages were left.
Also, check with neighbors and other family members. They may have it.

Suzees Candle Favors is not reponsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by USPS or UPS and we do not offer refunds for Lost packages.
If Your order has not been delivered sometimes it’s accidentally marked delivered before it was delivered so reaching out to your local post office is important
If Your tracking number is Stuck in Transit contact me and let me know So i can file a claim with USPS to speed up the delivery process.
Do We Sell Just Stickers
No We do not. Our stickers are not for sale they are included with the candles for no extra charge. Our Stickers are free and only come with a purchase order of candles
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a day after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
When Can I expect my order?
Be sure to check Shipping on the listing area where Etsy calculates our turnaround time with shipping times to provide you a estimated delivery based on your location
Our Normal turnaround time to make your order is 14 Business days (excluding weekends). If you require your order by a specific date, kindly contact us beforehand. Remember to select Rush at checkout for expedited processing. All orders with less than 35 candles are shipped via USPS, while orders with 36 or more candles are shipped via UPS. Rest assured, we take extra precautions in packaging your candles to prevent any damage.
There are Frost/Air Pockets on Sides of the candle jars
Winter Months May Affect the look / Appearance and smell of your candles. This will not damage your candles it will only affect the Look slightly. Your candles will still burn beautifully and over time as your candle becomes acclimated to the room temporarily the scent will strengthen. The cold and below freezing temperatures only freezes your candle and creates a frost pocket along the sides of the jars. It’s all completely normal and there is no way to avoid this. Just comes with the cold winter weather.
