The coasters will be engraved to look like the sample photo but with the information given.
Please make sure to leave information exactly how you would like it engraved.

If a design includes "HOUSE", "Est." or "Established" in the sample photo this will automatically be engraved. If you don't want this text included be sure to make a note of that as well.

Most of our designs can be personalized (with names, initials, dates, etc). Let us know all the details for personalization by putting them in the box that says, “Add a note to Seller (optional)” at the checkout.

Designs are AS SHOWN unless you have made custom arrangements with us and paid an additional fee for custom design.

It is at our discretion to decide if a custom design request can be executed, but we will do our best to put your vision into life.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a message from us with an engraving preview. On the example of recipe cutting board you will see how your future cutting board will look like in a sketch. Please check it and let us know if any changes should be made. We engrave and ship out the items according to these previews if we don’t receive a reply from you. If you don’t check the preview and receive an item with a mistake in the text that is also present in your order information, we cannot provide a free replacement but may give you a discount code for a new order.

Please check your order details for tracking information. Most recent updates will become available there if a shipping company provides any. You may also check that company’s website for additional information using your tracking number. There may be no tracking updates if your item is in transit (i.e. has left our country but has not entered yours yet).
If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive and there are no updates, please visit your local post office to see if they have it, package number (same as tracking number) is noted in your order details. If you rent a place, please check with your front office or manager’s office.

If it has been agreed that you may return the item altogether, we will provide refund, all shipping costs excluded, once we receive the package back.

If the address provided to us is incorrect but is an actual one, and a package is delivered to a wrong person for that reason, we are not able to provide any refund and a new item will need to be purchased.

Our personalized cutting board are made of natural wood. Therefore, each item will have a unique pattern and coloration. Perfect unicolored wood does not occur in nature, and we are not able to provide a replacement or refund simply because of the wood color variation. Also, each piece of wood responds differently to the burning process that we use to make engravings.
