Etsy doesn't currently support downloading digital purchases through the Etsy app. (For more information, please see https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015521648-Problems-with-Digital-Downloads).

To download your digital item, please sign in to Etsy either through a mobile browser or on your computer.

Yes, as long as your phone has a PDF reader. (See the above note about not being able to use the Etsy app to access downloads.)

That being said, I do really recommend downloading the file to a computer or tablet. It's going to be much easier to view and work the pattern on a larger screen.

We are located in the United States but are happy to accept international orders. Please be aware that our free shipping offers only apply to US orders so you will be responsible for the shipping cost. The purchaser is responsible for all customs fees, VAT fees, taxes, etc. that may be charged by the destination country. **Please make sure that your country allows for the import of wood decor items before purchasing** We can not be held responsible if the item gets detained by customs.

Items sent via Priority Mail / Ground Advantage are insured up to $100. If your item arrives damaged, you can submit a claim through the US Postal Service website for reimbursement for the item. We are happy to provide you with any information you might need, but the buyer will need to file the claim.

Forest Edge DIY is not liable for packages that are delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, lost by the USPS, or stolen. These are all circumstances that are beyond our control. Once we have handed your package over to the USPS, it is their responsibility to deliver the item safely. Please contact the USPS directly regarding delays or lost packages. You will need the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email. If you suspect a package was stolen from your porch, please contact your local post office for the GPS coordinates from the last scan on the package and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

We are unable to offer price adjustments or refunds if the item goes on sale after your order is placed. The price paid is the price of your item at time of purchase.

The shipping label automatically prints with the address Etsy has on file for you at time of purchase. If your address changes, please make sure you update it with Etsy BEFORE making a purchase. If there is an error in your address and the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

No one in our house is a smoker, but we do use a laser to make some of our items and embellishments which can result in a bit of a campfire smell. The smell will dissipate in a day or two, if you even notice it at all. We do have a kitty, but she is not allowed in our workshop.
