Frosting On Candles
It is possible for some candles to develop a light flaky appearance. This is called "frosting" and is very common with candles made with soy wax. Frosting is an indicator that the candle is pure soy and many soy candle lovers look for this to ensure that the candle is all natural.
Candle Care Instructions
Be sure not to blow out your candle for the first time until it has burned a melt pool all the way to the edge of the container (usually 1-2 hrs). Repeatedly blowing out your candle before the melt pool forms all the way across will cause tunneling. Do not burn more than 4hrs. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting for the best burn. Only burn on a level surface. Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Always keep candle out of reach of small children.

I received a broken candle. What do I do?
We take great care in packaging our candles for shipment, although we do understand that things can happen between the time your package leaves our hands and reaches its destination. If you do receive a candle that is broken please take a picture of broken item within 72 hrs and send it to me along with description of the scent and any personalized detail that was done on your label and I will replace your item.

USPS does experience rerouting and delays from time to time. Please be sure that your address provided through Etsy is accurate and up to date.
