We personalise our blankets at our Sussex-based workshop. Personalised with embroidery, the personalised text is placed in the bottom right of the blanket if looking at it landscape.

Please note, that we will personalise exactly as you request so be careful that you're happy with the spelling, case, spaces, grammar etc.

All textile products are supplied in grip or zipped sealed plastic bags before being shipped in our recycled material grey mailing bags. Our homeware range uses recycled products to provide extra production and ship in boxes or grey mailing bags.

We can accept returns on goods that do not have any embroidery or customisation on them. Goods made to order are not able to be returned. Please note that even ‘stock embroidery’ i.e. our His & Hers towels are made to order as you choose the towel colour.

If we’ve made a mistake in embroidery or your item has a fault, please take an image and contact us via Etsy and we will get back to you to work towards a resolution. We will not provide a full refund without prior communication, plain goods returned will be refunded less the original shipping and personalised items we will communicate with you in regards to return costs/ methods and available refunds.

*EMBROIDERY DETAILS*

There is a limit of 30 characters available for personalisation and we will embroider in the bottom right hand corner (as per the main image). The embroidery will be approximately 20cm wide , depending on the wording requested and all type will be centre aligned. When you type the wording, please note that it will be embroidered exactly as you write it so please do check carefully before placing your order.
