Frequently asked questions
What is your return policy?
* Returns of items purchased that are not the result of our error may be subject to a return shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund
* All returns must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged, and unopened packaging in any way
* We do not accept return package that is over 30 days
Any product that falls under the categories cannot be returned:
* Items that have been used by customer
* Items that have been damaged by customer trial and error
* Items that have been opened by customer
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions
What is your shipping Shipping Policy?
* All orders are processed within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will message the buyer as soon as possible
* Orders made on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day
* All orders will be shipped through USPS or FedEx and can take up to 14 days
* Any delays after shipment has been sent out is out of our control and will be solely based on the shipping company
* Tracking numbers take at least 2 days after shipment to fully update. However, there will be times that shipping companies do not scan their outbound packages... in this case, we advise waiting at least a week for updates. Please contact us if it has been more than a week.
