ClearVideo128 & ClearVideo128-C
A replacement RFM module for lag-free S-Video and Composite gaming
ClearVideo128-C includes active composite mode as well as s-video, plus an extra level of video filtering. The original CV128 requires a capacitor to convert svideo to composite, while the "C" model outputs both without interfering with eachother. The original C64 and C128 RF module has a problem where composite "bleeds" back into the source s-video signals (luma & chroma) and distorting their output. All ClearVideo modules isolate and filter s-video for the clearest picture ever.
- Removes "jailbars" and filters/boosts S-Video signals for the clearest picture ever.
- Compatible with all "Mini-RFM" computers, found in C64E, C128, C128D, C128DCR
- 100% compatible with NTSC and PAL!
- Super clear S-Video. You can tune your specific VIC-II chip to this board for the best picture.
- HDMI and post-processing always means lag lag lag. Stick with filtered S-Video for best experience.
- Optionally includes two large heat sinks for your Video ICs. Because cool chips are important.
- Includes support posts, pin headers, shielded cable, power wires and adjustment knobs. Colors may vary.
- Performance is virtually identical to ClearVideo64

* Installation Instructions:
https://github.com/Jaystonian/ClearVideo/blob/master/clearvideo128/docs/CV128-Install.pdf
* Optional Composite Adapter by StarTech (https://www.startech.com/en-us/cables/svid2comp) - very limited availability
* Optional 3D-printed knobs can be glued/heated on for free by request. I don't recommend them, they only hold temporarily and often slip anyway so I stopped including them. Or, I can send you the STL file to print on your own.
* angled base is not needed and no longer included
* By request, will include one capacitor to connect Luma + Chroma to convert Luma into Composite. This is a permanent install unless used inside a DIN connector.
