This 15" ambrosia maple pizza peel makes an excellent gift for the chef, cook or pizza lover in your life. Made from local Appalachian ambrosia maple, these peels are designed to hang on the wall and beautify a kitchen while also easily sliding pizzas or bread out of an oven. The total length of the peel is 30" with a body measuring just under 15" in width and I can adjust the size as needed just attach a note with your order. Each peel is finished with a food safe combination of mineral oil and beeswax.

The pictures in this listing and on my Etsy store are some examples of designs I have built in the past but wood choices and variations are available upon request. You can either choose from one of those designs, leave it up to me or request a specific wood, color, or style. My second piece from EstatoeWoodworks! The quality is remarkable. Now my pizzas don't look so much like amoebas. It will show its true potential when I get a pizza oven but it still performs well for the oven and gas grill pizza stone. They make wonderful decorations as well.
