5 out of 5 starsI wasn't sure what to order, so I sent an email describing what I needed. They got right back to me with a suggestion, so I ordered it and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much.

5 out of 5 starsI love it! I have to sign so many things for my students, and this will make it 100x easier. Was delivered on time, looks just like the signature sample I provided. Only negative was when I took it out of the package, there was something greasy on the stamp, and some black ink, that got on my hands. So just open cautiously, but an easy fix to clean up. Highly recommend!!

How do I wash and care for my wood stamp?
- Clean your stamp of excess ink after each use. This can be done by stamping on a scratch paper until no more ink comes off or wiping across the rubber with a damp cloth.
- For detailed cleaning, or when switching colors, use a drop of dish soap on an old tooth brush to get into the fine areas. Rinse with clean water while being careful to not get the wood part wet.
- Some of our ink, like our fabric inks, are more permanent and may not come cleanly off the rubber stamp. In this case you may need a separate stamp for each color you use.
- A little rubbing alcohol can also be helpful for removing stubborn ink.
Can I use emojis as part of my custom text or design?
- No, emojis do not work with our design program. Any emojis entered as custom text will not show up.
What if I mess up on the personalization info or order the wrong size or item?
- Error on text- if it is within a few hours of purchase, please send us a message and we may be able to change it.
- Error on size or item- if it is within a few hours of purchase you can place a new order for the correct item and request that we cancel the previous order in the notes.
- If you have already received the order before noticing the mistake
we are willing to offer a %40 discount if you would like to reorder the correct item. Please message us.
What if I want to add to an order? How can I avoid paying duplicate shipping?
- Please message us for a coupon code to waive the shipping if you are planning to add items to a previous order. Previous orders must have been placed within the past 10 hrs. to add items to them.
How do I know what size to order when I submit my own image?
- Please order the size that is closest to the size you want your stamp impression. If we do not offer the size you want your impression to be please request the exact dimensions in the notes at check out.
- We will trim any excess empty space around the image so choose your size based on the actual image.
- We do our best to make the artwork you submit fit the size of stamp that you order. We will NOT stretch or skew an image just to make it fill the exact dimensions ordered.
- We recommend viewing the diagrams on the listing for assistance with ordering the right size and shape for your image. Or, feel free to send us your image and we can offer size suggestions.
- We also highly recommend printing out the image at the size you plan
How do I know if my wood stamp will have a handle or not?
- Really small wood stamps and really large ones work best when they don't have a handle- just the wood mount.
- We usually use our own discretion as to whether to add a handle or not. Our basic guidelines are that if the image is smaller than 1x1" or larger than 2.5x2.5" then we don't put a handle on it.
- However- we can always make it with a handle if you'd prefer. All you need to do is request it in the notes at check out.
- Please note that we may ship the handle not assembled if the stamp is large. All that is needed is to pound the handle into the hole in the wood with a rubber mallet or a hammer. (Cover the end of a hammer with a rag so as to not damage the plastic on the handle.)
What types of ink do you sell?
We sell several kinds of ink that have different purposes so take care when ordering- or message us to confirm you are ordering the right kind.
- Permanent ink: quick-drying, permanent on any surface
- Fabric self-inking ink: permanent on fabric only
- Fabric ink stamp pad: any surface, heat-setting required for permanence on some surfaces
- Regular rubber stamp ink: for paper, uncoated cardboard, raw wood
Will your fabric stamps and ink work on my type of fabric?
We have not tried our fabric inks on all types of fabric and in all washing circumstances. After much research, testing and years in our industry we have found these inks to be the easiest, least toxic, least messy way to leave a permanent impression on fabrics using a rubber stamp.
