Every computer, phone, and tablet screen varies and paint dries a different color versus when it is wet in the jar. If you are unsure of which color to order, purchase a fan deck first so you can see the paint colors in person.

Due to the expense of shipping heavy items like paint, I do not offer returns or exchanges. I do not send postage paid labels for returns.

Unfortunately, once an items ships, it is not eligible for a refund.

If your order was submitted with an unverified address or it did not have a full shipping address including first and last name, I will reach out requesting that you verify the address. If I do not hear back within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Some items cannot ship by themselves as explained in their listing description. When those items are ordered by themselves, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Sometimes items sell out in store. When I've sold out, you will receive a prompt refund.

I am unable to make any changes to your order once it is submitted through Etsy checkout. If it has not shipped, I can cancel the order so you can submit a new order with the items you need.

Click the tracking link emailed to you from Etsy to see exactly where your package is. Be sure to ask your family members, coworkers (if delivering to work), or neighbors nearby if they received your package. If they did not, reach out to your local postmaster and ask for a GPS geolocation so they can pinpoint exactly where your order was delivered. Chances are, it was misdelivered or may be delivered the following day.

Absolutely. If your order has not yet shipped, message me for a custom listing so I can ship your items together.

It is very important to input your correct shipping address at checkout. Your order will ship only to the address you provide at checkout. If you have a forwarding order in place, USPS can forward to the new address. If your item is refused and returned to me, you will be refunded for the items and sales tax once I received the refused package, minus any shipping costs I paid to ship to the address you provided at checkout.
