Tips

Even though the weather was bad my husband, myself and my two grandchildren had a great day, we arrived at about 11 o'clock and didn't leave till 4.30, the kids loved it and learned a lot about naval history, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good day out.

Brilliant attraction for all ages. So much to do there's just not enough time to fit it all in one day. Luckily you get an annual pass so we can return to do the bits we missed out on.

My advice - get there early and go straight on the harbour tour if that's something you wanted to do (well worth it by the way) the queues were quite long when we went.

It's a great day out! Lots to do for all ages our child is 3 and she was able to get really hands on! I would recommend taking a picnic with you as the cafe is quite expensive.

Ticket valid all year and on a number of attractions so it offers good value.
