Please send in ONE photo in the viewpoint requested for the design, PLUS up to FIVE detail photos. Detail photos are used to capture your special memories. (Example, flower pots, stained glass, bushes, flag pole, tree planted with your kids, special rock, or even a lawn ornament.)

Art is beautiful, but it’s the story that captures a moment in time. Your story should be no more than 150 words. (Less, if story has spacing for quotes or paragraph breaks.) With custom tiny houses, art time depends on how many requests are in the queue. Once the order is purchased typically it's 5-8 weeks. If you’re planning to order for Christmas, our typical annual cutoff date is October 20th. Each custom tiny house comes with up to two proofs per design. When creating your art, we work off of your image and get it as close to the original photo as possible. Each tiny house is created digitally line by line. Color is tricky. All photos and monitors are calculated differently and can be different from the original building color. I do my best to match the image given. If you want to receive a paper proof prior to the replica being created in wood, I Can! This will show the most accurate color of the final piece. Just let me know. (Do you need more than two proofs? An additional fee of $35.00 each is applied.)

We design, cut, and paint each one with love. You might see slight differences in each replica, even with the same design. We try really hard to make each one identical, but slight differences might appear and that’s what makes them beautiful. Note: The bottom is unpainted and might have paint deposits.

We only recreate YOUR photos. Not photos pulled from the internet or photography by someone else (unless they give you permission). If you don’t own the logo, we can’t use it. In other words, pick a house that you live/d in or is your friends’ home. Creating houses like the Broncos home is off limits. ☹
