I Never received my item

The printing shop that we use for canvas prints had a technical problem and it shipped to us a slightly faulty canvas. Since we have high standards for our art products we requested a replacement canvas, so it took longer than normal. We always kept our client updated about her order and initially she agreed to wait for the new canvas. In the end, the client preferred the full refund instead of the canvas. We promptly issued a full refund and apologised for the inconvenience. I think that we handled the problem in the best way possible, as always, because being honest and making our clients happy is our first goal.
