If you send me an message after you place an order and I don't acknowledge it, don't assume I have read it or I have received it. Please message me again or message me at tracisfuncreations@gmail.com. Don't ASSUME I have seen your message and that I have seen any changes to your order, if I have not acknowledged them.

If the customer opens the package and damages the item, the item will not be refunded or replaced. I am sorry the customer damaged it, but it was not the seller's fault.

Shipping Times varies based on the product, I do my best to ship the item as quickly as possible, but there is no guarantee it will be shipped before the due date. Once the item is shipped, I have not control over the amount of time it takes the Post Office to deliver your package. I make NO GUARANTEES on delivery dates.

If you would like to have an order rushed, please reach out to me before you place the order, there is a rush order fee.

It is our shop policy not to accept returns as our items are made to order and/or customized/personalized. In a very rare occasion I offer a return, it will be at the buyer's expense, the item must be returned in original condition, and there is a 50% restocking fee.

We try to provide a detailed description of our products, but if you have any questions about what something is made of, sizes, etc. please do so before you purchase the item.

It is the buyer's responsibility to read the full description of our products, ask questions before your purchase. Are descriptions can change without warning, address FAQs, provide more description, update the processing times, etc. Again, we are not responsible if you don't read the description in full.

If an item is damaged in shipping or errors in your order the customer has 5 days to notify me from the day it is delivered of any damage. The original packaging must be kept and must be willing to work with the shop owner and the post office for all insurance claims.

I will make 3 attempts to contact you, but if you don't reach out to me after the third attempt, no refund will be provided. If you do reach out to me, I will be happy to bill you for reshipping your item at your expense, once the invoice is paid, your item will be reshipped to you at the new address provided.

I will not be responsible if the item is shipped to the wrong address. If you message me after you place your order, I will try my best to correct the address before it is shipped, but there is no guarantee. If the address is not corrected, and it is shipped to the address provided at checkout, I am not liable for any missing or returned packages. Please be sure to provide the correct address. before checking out to ensure it is delivered to the correct address. If the package is returned, you are responsible for paying for shipping the package the second time.

If your package shows delivered and you didn't receive it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. I am not responsible for misdelivered packages, there is no refunds.
