This a review of the return/refund policy... NOT the quality. The quality of the lanyard I ordered was good, but their return/refund policy isn’t the most accommodating. Because of confusing instructions, I made a mistake when filling out the personalization request box for engraving on the lanyard I ordered. When my lanyard came in the mail, I was disappointed that the obvious mistake on my part was not caught by the engravers. When I contacted the seller to explain my situation and ask about a refund or exchange, they could only offer me either 50% store credit or a 25% off coupon to buy another lanyard. Maybe I’m just upset that I wasted $21, but even if the customer made a mistake, I feel like the seller should at least offer a full refund if the customer is unsatisfied with their order.
