Custom and personalised orders
Yes, We do take custom and personalized order. We started our business on custom orders. All our goods are handmade and we will take around 30 to 60 days (depending on the item and work required) in completing custom orders.
Wholesale availability
We do take wholesale orders.

I accept returns if notified within 2 days of purchase. Requests after this point will be denied.
I do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Custom orders
- Bulk or Negotiated orders (5 or more pillow covers)
- Discounted / Sale items
- Damaged / Used items
Postage:
- Customer is responsible for return postage
- Seller cost to ship item(s) to you will be deducted from refund amount
Color Disclaimer
Every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors, so actual colors may vary. We try to edit our photos to be as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Incorrect / Change of Address
Please ensure that you have the correct shipping address in your order. If you need an address corrected, please send us a cancellation request and resubmit your order using the correct address once we've cancelled.
International Orders
We gladly ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs / import taxes. We are not liable to refund the amount if customer refuse to pay the duties and taxes.
Define "Imperfections" (Hand Block Textiles)
Hand Block textiles are made almost entirely by hand. Imperfections that should be expected include:
-Discolorations
-Pattern variations / asymmetric pattern and seam placement
-Design and paint smudges
It is widely accepted that these unique attributes are not defects.
We adhere to extremely high standards in our production process, but it is important to stress that these textiles are inherently imperfect (and undeniably beautiful!)
