INSTALLATION PROCESS
Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...
Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.
Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.
Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.
The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

Finally, Merica touch-up any blemishes on-site after installation and supply you with the pot of paint for any future touch-ups.

Brilliant service
I bought this for some land I had purchased to extend my garden. Unfortunately we have ongoing issues finalising the land purchase so I had to decline delivery and request a refund. This was done without any fuss and was a smooth process. Thank you . I will definitely purchase from you again, in fact your website will be the first place.

Great Summerhouse
I bought this at the end of May and decided to wait until now to leave a review to give us time to use it. The assembly was quite tricky and took alot longer than the time they gave. We have used it alot and the only issue we are having with it is the doors are really tricky to manoeuvre as they keep catching . All in all though we are happy and have been enjoying movie nights

Really nice and simple to put together
I was looking for a summerhouse for a while and chose this one, the reviews were up & down but it didn’t put me off & I am glad it didn’t. It looks so lovely in the corner of my garden, I have a 4 because some of the wood was chipped, and a few areas of thin bits but it hasn’t affected the building of the shed, which I will be turning into a fitness room.

I have to say this is a you get what you pay for purchase, is it perfect... no, however i have to im pleased with my purchase. It went up easily in less than a day and i have since moved, taken it apart and re-erected without issue. As stated, its a value summerhouse, as such we did make some improvements to the roof when putting up again by using tongue and groove and shingle felt sheets and it now looks far more superior at a fraction of the costs of some equivalent size summerhouses. Why 4 out of 5? Simple, the bifold doors are a little troublesome and depending on the weather they fit differently throughout the year, but wood swells and relaxes so some movement is to be expected. For me i found the purchase a decent buy.

Good product, poor screws
Good quality product that has gone together very well. Would recommend doing the doors on the floor before fixing to the sides. My only complaint was the low quality of the screws, and in the end after extracting a number of smashed screw heads used my own supply which worked better.

Lovely summer house
Bought this two weeks ago. Arrived on time very helpful delivery man.
Erected by myself and son. Good quality my only issue is that needed more information about fitting the doors.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
