Custom and personalized orders must be paid up front.

Depending on the item, it may take us a few days to get supplies needed for the order. We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery when the order is requested.

All of my listings will have size information listed in the description. While pictures are worth a thousand words, size can sometimes be unclear in a picture. Check the listing for the size and please contact me if you need any clarification. I want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

For our stuffed animals, we recommend spot cleaning with a sponge or wet towel.
For other items, we will list care and cleaning instructions in the description.

We try to take pictures that accurately show the color of an item. Computer monitors, however, can display color differently. Normally this is not a problem, but If you are looking for an exact matching color, please contact me to assure you get what you are expecting.

Each item has estimated shipping cost for the purchase of that item only. If you order more than one item from us, we will try to save you money on shipping by combining items in shipping packages. If we can combine items and save you money, we will refund the overcharges for shipping.

Please note, that items ordered on Saturday night, Sunday, or on holidays will not be shipped until the next business day. This is because we use USPS for shipping and they are not open on Sundays or federal holidays.

As a thank you for being a great customer, every order over $100 comes with a free gift. Sizes and colors of the free gift vary and cannot be requested. All $100 must be spent in a single transaction.
