Shipping (Free) & Tracking

Please note that MOST items in shop are mailed via Canada Post letter mail to save our customers money on shipping fees, and do not include tracking. Packages will normally be sent via regular Canada Post Ground Mail and DO NOT automatically have a tracking number. If your package is delayed, I will not be able to track it for you. If you would like your package to be sent with a tracking number, please let me know before you purchase as I may have to adjust the shipping price for you.
Normal regular Canada Post mail takes 3 - 5 business days. Public holidays (Canadian) may cause minor delays. If you need your item urgently do let me know and I will do my best to expedite the process. Arrangements for expedited parcel or priority post can be made at the purchaser’s request. However, this will incur additional shipping fees for the purchaser.

Returned Mail:
If your item is returned to me because it was unable to be delivered, I will contact you and offer you the option to have the item resent (additional shipping fees may apply) if address provided by buyer was incorrect.
I will not be able to track these items and will be unable to replace items lost in the mail unless they include tracking.
