Announcement    We HATE plastic. All packages ship plastic-free even down to our tape! Occasionally, we up cycle/reuse cardboard boxes (saving some trees!) that may have tape from the previous sender. We use kraft paper packing materials- never plastic.

** A Note about USPS**
Once your package is in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service, any delays, damages, or missing packages are not our responsibility, but the responsibility of the Postal Service. Recently, there have been a lot of changes with the postal service that is causing delays with shipments. If your tracking says "In transit, arriving late," it will arrive but late, so please be patient. You can contact USPS easily on their website if you have any concerns.

We will always do our best to help if you experience an issue with delivery. However, please be aware that we are limited in what we can do since we are a small company and are not affiliated with the Postal Service.

Furthermore, international orders through the US Postal Service can take upwards of 2 months to arrive. Because of that, we may choose to ship UPS. Additional duties/taxes may be due upon arrival, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
