If you would like any of the felt stories sizes to be made larger or smaller, please contact me for pricing. Most stories I can adjust with no problems.

When you make an Etsy order you receive a copy of your receipt and what you ordered via email. When I ship out your order, I send your product to you without a printed receipt. Since your receipt is easily accessible to you through your Etsy account, I do not ship out receipts with the orders due to helping the environment save on the abundance of paper being used. If you would like a printed copy fo your receipt I will be glad to include one in your order. Please leave a message at checkout in the box with your request. I also keep my packaging to a minimum to help the environment as well as be able to keep my prices at a great price.

Felt is such a fun material to work with. No two bolts of material are the same. Each bolt can vary in thickness as well as felt from the same bolt used. This is why sometimes two sets in an order can feel a little different from each other. This will in no way take away from the fun of the story/sets.

💡Felt Board Tips💡(not responsible for damage to felt boards) Felt boards tend to work better when they are at a slight angle. This helps the felt pieces to stick to the board better and not be pulled down naturally by gravity. If your board is straight and you can not change the configuration of it and you feel that you want to add a little extra "grab" to your felt pieces, you can use hook and loop pieces. This will allow the pieces to have that extra "grab" and hold onto the felt board stronger. All you do is attach the self stick back of the teeth side of the hook and loop to your felt pieces. The teeth side of the hook and loop will grab onto your Felt Board and add the extra strength needed to help them stay on.
