During busy trading periods, the delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping times. If you have placed a UK order and it hasn’t been delivered by the due date (2 to 5 working days) plus 10 working days, please send us a message.

For international deliveries, if your order hasn’t been delivered by the due date (either 3 to 10 working days for Europe, and 10 to 15 working days for the Rest of the World) plus 25 working days, please send us a message.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the delays caused by Royal Mail, or by Customs. We ask for your patience and understanding should this happen.

A large number of orders that we receive are gifts. All our products come ready to gift to your loved ones. Our travel keychains are presented in a Journeys Made linen pouch, while our tokens will be in small envelopes. If you would like the tokens placed on the keyring in advance, please send us a message.

No, if you order a keychain or necklace with your travel tokens, they will be presented separately and packed as mentioned above. This is so you can enjoy the excitement of arranging them on your keychain or necklace and reliving those memories! We can however put them on the keychain in advance if you’d like, please send us a message requesting this.

Our travel keyrings are very durable and the clasps have a break strength of 140kgs minimum, therefore each keyring can hold 50 engraved tokens over two split rings. If you would like a second split ring, please send us a message and we will add one to your order free of charge.

It’s super easy. You can purchase additional tokens from our Etsy shop and then you simply slide them onto your keyring as if you were putting keys on a keychain.

Of course! Our personalised tokens mean that you can have whatever you want engraved on a token, up to 25 characters. You can have your children’s names, a significant date, a landmark, whatever you desire.

Remember personalised tokens will increase the processing time of your order to 7 to 10 working days, so be sure to order these in advance of any special occasions.

This is inevitable, but it’s not what you think. So, the tokens won’t smudge or bleed, the engraving is permanent, what has happened is dirt has collected around the engraving. The first thing we would recommend is to take the tokens off the travel keyring, give them a wash in warm soapy water and a little scrub should do the trick. If you do have any issues with the engraving, please send us a message.
