Smooth & controlled
The 1000ml bottle is expensive compared to other shampoos but it does last. It is much more cost effective than the smaller bottles. It is worth stocking up when there are discounts & sometimes Look Fantastic does some really good discounts. I have lots of fine, very curly, coloured for many decades, unruly hair that I like to wear straight. This shampoo is the first product used along with the Smooth Infusion Conditioner combed in in the shower, to help me control & dry my hair straight & smooth. It is definitely worth buying if you have hair like mine & you can get it at a discount. Buy a pump because the large bottle can be unwieldy I searched for one online that would fit the bottle at a reasonable price, I use the Kerastase Discipline Keratin Thermique Creme on my damp hair before blow drying to further discipline my unruly hair which compliments the Aveda Smooth Infusion shampoo & conditioner perfectly. My GHD Platinum Plus Straighteners finish the styling. The Aveda Smooth Infusion shampoo & conditioner help stop your hair turning into a frizz ball in hot & humid weather too. I don't hate my unruly hair, i can wear it in various styles & it has plenty of natural body, but it needs products like I have mentioned to control it. I swim a lot which is why I will pay up to offset the damage by relentless colouring & chlorine/ salt water cause. If you have unruly hair that you treat quite badly & your hair needs disciplining these are great products.

Healthy Hair
My daughters and I have used Aveda hair products for years , all three of us champion healthy, bouncy non-frizzy hair as a result of this product. The 1000ml size is just perfect to sit in the corner of the shower cubicle and so easily dispenses with the pump. Perfect ! Slightly more expensive than high street brands but a little goes a long way and we always replace our stock when it is on offer ; highly recommendable.
