2 cups arrive in vacuum sealed packaging via priority mail. It's ready to use and perfect for ribeye {for Korean bulgogi} or short ribs {for L.A. galbi/kalbi} Please refrigerate upon arrival.

Created with love using our grandmother's recipe, we mean it when we say that only the finest ingredients were used! Our produce was homegrown, the soy sauce non gmo, the sesame seeds hand toasted, the oils cold pressed, and the honey local.

Our marinade is good for about 5 pounds of sliced ribeye for bulgogi or flanken style short ribs/galbi. It can also be reduced to enjoy as a dipping sauce or glaze too!

Delicious. I used this Korean BBQ Marinade on tofu last night and it was a great success! I marinaded large slices of tofu for a few hours then transferred the tofu to a pan, reducing the marinade down a bit to drizzle onto a bed of rice and steamed broccoli. Super simple and packed with flavor. I have enough to make multiple dishes so I'm excited to try other options.
