Wholesale availability
We are able to offer wholesale options as well. Please contact us to discuss further.
Do you use recyclable packaging?
Yes. Where possible we try to ship all our items using a recyclable cardboard packaging. For more fragile items we use an air pillow that is completely recyclable.
Sizing details
As all of our items are hand made there may be slight variations in sizes given. However, we will ensure this is as minimal as possible. There may also be slight variations in colours and patterns where items are hand painted.
Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately we don't offer the option to personalise an order, however, we have hundreds of additional products that we just haven't got in our online shop yet. So if there is something you are looking for please get in touch and we might be able to help you!
Shipping Options
The Next Day Delivery option is only available to UK Mainland and excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles. If you choose this option you will be charged but we may not be able to apply the option.
If purchasing multiple items a shipping discount may be possible. Please contact us to arrange.
Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Do you offer any Express Shipping Options?
We do offer a next day delivery service, which is an option available at check-out. All orders over £50 will automatically be sent on this service.
Damages
In the unfortunate event an item arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible to report. We will require photos of the damages as well as possibly the box the item arrived in. We will then assess whether to arrange collection of the damaged item. In this case refunds will not be given unless items are returned to us.
Returns
In the event you wish to a return an item please contact us in advance. We can only refund on returns received back to us in their original condition. We advise retaining the original packaging to use for a return.
