For any personalised orders please send us a message or add a note to your order with the word/s you wished to be engraved.

***Please note: When placing an order please check all spellings and names are spelled correctly, as we will engrave exactly what is written, no refunds or exchanges will be given for personalised items ***

Due to a large amount of our products being made from natural materials they do vary slightly in appearance/texture/size. They will all look very similar; just have their own individual personality!

Once your item has been wonderfully engraved we pack it up and send them via Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless you request a shipping upgrade which will be to Tracked 24.

If you have other questions and need your item super speedy we do offer a rush order service which is available to purchase through our shop

Delivery estimates when purchasing your item are an estimate only, this is not guaranteed delivery within the dates shown.
Royal Mail will only consider your parcel lost after 10 working days which is when we are able to provide a resolution to the issue and look into it further with Royal Mail.
During this global pandemic delivery delays are inevitable and out of our control. We recommend ordering gifts in plenty of time and if you need them for a certain date we offer a rush order service and postage upgrades which will give your order the best chance of arriving on time, but not guaranteed. When ordering gifts for a particular date please take into consideration that the delivery dates shown are purely estimates.

If your order has a failed delivery attempt you should be notified with a red card from your postie. This doesn't always happen so we advise to use the tracking information we provide via email and through your Etsy account so you can see if this has happened. If the order is not collected or redelivery is not rearranged royal mail will return it to us & we will be charged for it. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for uncollected items as we do provide full tracking details so you can see the status at any time. Redelivery postage is available to purchase and we will contact you if your parcel is returned to us.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
We always make sure we put all relevant information & accurate, realistic photos so that customers can make an informed choice when purchasing an item.
If you have a specific question about any of our products please get in touch & we will be happy to help.
Please check the text that you have typed for personalisation as once it has been engraved we are unable to make any changes & we cannot be held responsible for customer error.
For non personalised/custom products that are not faulty you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return the item and another 14 days to send them back.
