Shipping

Pacific Print Co is not responsible nor can be held liable for the following:

Delivery delays caused by USPS.

Delays or fees caused by international customs.

We are not responsible for Packages marked as "Delivered" in tracking.

Refunds will not be given because of a delay with USPS as a result of an incorrect address or any other reason out of our control.

We ship all packages according to USPS's deadlines. Please contact your local USPS with any delivery issues.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. If your item was lost or damaged,
contact your local post office and file a claim.

Returned to Sender

Items returned due to incorrect address or because USPS was unable to deliver will be reshipped at buyers cost.

Return/Refund

Holiday and Sorority items are final sale.

Items can be returned, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Original shipping cost will be deducted from refund. Return request and exchanges MUST be requested within 3 DAYS of receipt. Any return request after 3 days will not be accepted.

When do items ship?

If a shipping label is printed on the day of your purchase, it is so I can get started on your item. Everything is made to order. However your order will ship within 3-5 business days from being purchased even if label is printed on day of purchased unless otherwise noted.

Holiday, Sorority, and Custom items are Final Sale. Returns/exchanges on these items will NOT be accepted.
