How do I care for my spoons and spatulas?
For best results hand wash only and do not allow to soak. If wood begins to appear dry rub in a food grade oil. Do not use harsh soaps. If you would like to purchase more oil for reapplying let us know and we'll send you a link of where to get it!
Can I choose my dish towel color?
Yes, there should be a photo of the options in the listing. Let us know in the personalization box your choices. If you choose "no thanks" to the gift wrap we will wrap your items in our branded paper, or if it's a gift box, it will be as described in the item details.

What is the slight lemon scent I smell on my spoons?
This is from the oil we put on your spoons to protect them. The smell will disappear, though I have to say I rather like it! Smells fresh! The oil is all natural and food safe. Reoil as needed to keep the wood from looking too dry which results in cracks.
Spoon differences
There may be slight differences in spoon shapes and wood grain. This is what makes each spoon special and unique for you.
Shipping UPS option available!!
Shipping with UPS 2nd day air is cheaper than Priority Mail Express so let us know if you need that and we can send you a custom listing for it since we can't add it at checkout.
Where is my order?
We apologize if your order is taking longer than it should to arrive! We promise to ship it within our shown processing time (often early), but after that it is out of our hands. Unfortunately the postal service can have a lot of delays especially over holidays and times of bad weather. Send us a message if you need help tracking the package, or if there is a deadline that you need it by. We promise to make sure you do receive your purchase, and are sorry for any delays- they are frustrating to us as well!
Can I change "Grandma" to "Nana", etc.?
Absolutely! Just put a note in the personalization box or note to seller and we'll be happy to switch it.

How do I care for my measuring cups and spoons?
I use mine for both wet and dry ingredients though I would not use them for something that could stain them like tomato sauce. I like to wash and dry them right away after using them for wet ingredients. Do not soak them or put them in the dishwasher, and do not use harsh soaps. If they become dry looking after awhile you may rub them with food grade oil to bring back the shine!
