A very well laid out informative instructions with great photos. I am still learning how to sew, and yes this is a more advanced pattern but it was a breeze with the instructions. If using wool or a thicker fabric it is tricky in some spots to sew the layers together but my project turned out amazing! Very happy with this pattern and would 100% recommend!!!

Beautiful little coat. I mad one for my grandson in a size 2-3 with some pale blue coating material I had left over from my own coat and lined it with some leftover cotton lawn. The result was a beautiful little coat. Instructions were amazingly detailed.

This pattern is pretty cute. It was the first coat I ever made and I thought the pattern did a fairly good job of explaining all of the steps. I followed the suggestions of people who had made this before me and went up one size for the length of the sleeves. My would-be model is not a huge fan of coats, so I don’t yet know exactly how well this fits him, but it looks like it should work for him.
