We offer candy sprinkles, edible toppers / wraps, wafer cutouts and stand-ups, edible paper and more, as well as digital cake / dessert toppers. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask, we may have it or be able to create it. We love custom orders. ~ Thank you 😊

ATTENTION: All orders MUST display your FIRST & LAST NAME on your mailing address, otherwise your order will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS! We Do NOT ship to partial mailing addresses missing this information for security reasons. We will NOT ship to any other address, other than what’s on the order when placed.
It’s the Buyer’s responsibility to read all policies before purchasing, (such as processing, shipping, returns, etc).
NOTE - Orders $50 and up may require a signature upon delivery by USPS. Please make sure you are available to receive your package, should one be added. If we require a signature, you will be notified once your order ships.

Our processing time is 3-6 business days before orders are shipped as all orders are MADE TO ORDER, so it takes time to create, print or mix, cut, ship, etc before shipping.
SHIPPING TIME BY USPS (once order ships):
💠 USPS Ground Advantage, 3-7 bus. days
💠 USPS Priority Mail, 2-5 bus. days
💠 USPS Express Mail, 2 bus. days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Etsy with a tracking number and you can expect to receive it within 2-7 business days by USPS, depending on what shipping method you chose when you placed your order.
Please be aware that all shipping methods are ESTIMATED ONLY, with one exception of Express Mail being guaranteed. Ground Advantage and Priority mail are estimated only by USPS and we have NO control over the delivery of your package once your order leaves our location and we are not liable for late delivery by USPS.
Please note- We do NOT give refunds or accept returns for late delivery by USPS. We also do NOT give refunds if you USE or OPEN the package/product.

Once your order has been marked delivered, we do not send out replacements or issue refunds, as the package is now out of our hands. You would need to contact your local post office to find the package and/or file a claim for the missing package(s).

Frequently asked questions
What is Processing time & Shipping policies?
Our processing time is 2-5 business days (for pre-designed edible images and sprinkles) before item(s) are shipped.
All Custom orders must be approved before printing or packaging and may take up to 4-5 business days before shipping.
The “estimated” delivery date can change at any time by the post office, due to weather conditions nationwide. The postal service is experiencing longer transit times and delivery is not guaranteed at this time, only with the exception of Express Mail.
We will keep you informed on updates as we receive them by USPS.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR LATE DELIVERY BY USPS
What if I need a Last Minute Order?
If you have a last minute order, contact us first to see if we can accommodate you before placing your order, otherwise if we cannot get it to you by date needed, the order will be canceled.
Do you accept Cancellations or Returns?
We do NOT accept cancellations - if the order has already been printed/processed, we charge 50% of the purchase price (to cover the loss of the product) and we have the right to cancel any order at any given time due to issues with poor communication or failure to follow instructions.
ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE “MADE TO ORDER”.
• All Design Fees (on custom orders) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If the order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and NO returns will be accepted, as this is a FOOD item and CANNOT be returned for any reason due to health regulations. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL ALLOWED.
Note- If you damage or use the product, we cannot issue a refund of any kind. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
What if I don’t receive my order or it is late?
If the order is marked DELIVERED and you did not receive it, you must contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
If your order has not arrived and is still in transit, you would need to contact USPS with the tracking number for delivery information.
We do not issue refunds for lost or late delivery by USPS, as we have NO control over the delivery of your order by the postal service.
NO REFUNDS.
In some cases, we may issue a store credit or replacement, that will be our decision.
Note - We only issue a refund, if we are at fault for the late delivery of the order, otherwise, No refund will be issued. It is the buyer's responsibility to add the correct shipping method when placing the order at checkout.
What are your Store Hours?
Our store is always open 24/7, and we process orders in the order they are received. We are here to communicate with you through etsy messenger.
We ship on Tuesday/Thursday depending upon the date the order is placed. We are closed Friday through Sunday, and Holidays.
We have a 2-5 business day processing time before an order is shipped, depending on what you have purchased.
Please DO NOT email us outside of Etsy as your messages will not be answered. Please message us through Etsy only.
Please allow 24 hours for a reply to your question, depending on the time of day or night it is received. We will do our best to help you as soon as we can.
Note About Edible Ink
Edible inks tend to print slightly different than the original image. Colors you see on the screen, vary from display to display, so what you see on screen might be slightly different when item is received due to different display settings in all monitors, including computers, tablets and cell phones.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Sorry, we do NOT offer gift wrapping.
What if my order arrives Damaged or Missing Items?
You would need to contact the carrier (USPS or FedEx) and file a claim. We do not issue refunds for damaged or missing items.

Note- If your item does arrive damaged, you must contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) for instructions on how to file a claim with the carrier.
If the product is damaged during or after application on your dessert(s), we are not liable for the damages occurred from mishandling of the product. Should we decide to issue a store credit, it would only be for the purchase price, minus all shipping fees.
Do you do custom designs and what are the fees and requirements?
Yes, we do custom orders.
All CUSTOM ORDERS, take 4-5 Business Days to CREATE then must be approved by YOU, before order is processed and shipped.
We require payment before we start any custom order.
We charge a design fee of $15 and up, depending on the size, design, quantity, etc. Design Fees are Non-refundable.
We do not offer cancellations on custom orders. All sales are final. Design fees are non-refundable.
Do you sell Internationally ?
NO, Sorry, we do NOT sell (tangible items) to international buyers at this time.
