Apply twice daily for 4 weeks for Keratosis Pilaris and very dry skin. Thereafter apply daily to maintain skin's condition. Apply daily for normal skin.
WARNINGS: If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into eyes, rinse well with warm water immediately.
SUNBURN ALERT: This product contains an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

I’ve been using this cream all year, I travel to hot countries a lot and it is the best body cream I have used to help keep my skin hydrated in those conditions. It absorbs quickly and helps to lessen the pruney  look of skin that’s a little aged.Â

Smells too bad to use
Awful smell - could not use. This and green tea literally made me feel ill. They are unusable. Stick to non fragranced versions / it works and won't put you off your dinner

I really liked the smell of it. skin feels smooth after each application. I have been buying Ameliorate for almost 2 years now. So far this has been their best product. The results are as good as their original, but with the smell it tops it up for me.really great product

This fragrance is exactly what I needed. Not a huge fan of the original smell but still love this lotion for the fantastic results.This smell is lovely and does make me feel comfortable and soft.
