1 out of 5 starsThe item was shipped late, I had to reach out after the posted ship date to find out the seller was sick and would be shipping it later. Would have been fine if I didn’t have to reach out myself to ask after the fact. When it did get here the item looked like it was thrown together last minute and the cut outs weren’t shaped like they were in the picture of what was ordered and the outline around the mask and eyes was completely missing. Did not meet expectations for amount paid and picture of item ordered.

1 out of 5 starsI told the seller 3 times when I needed the item by (in addition to ordering 3 months in advance) and she still did not get it to me in time for our party. When I pointed this out there wasn’t even the foggiest notion of an apology or acknowledgment that she had missed the mark. Just a “ok so refuse the delivery”. when it showed up a week too late. Which would have meant a very inconvenient trip to the post office. Just a horrible experience with this seller. It would have gone a very long way just to show some understanding that she dropped the ball.

Custom and personalized orders
I can make customized packages to suit your needs. Just let me know what you want and a zip code so I can give you a price on shipping
Shipping dates
My shipping days are on Tuesdays for fed ex and Wednesday for USPS, example if your item is scheduled to ship on a friday via fed ex it actually be handed over the following Tuesday unless I've been contacted with a special event date. I had to streamline my shipping dates because I was spending too many hours waiting at the post office or gas driving to fed ex.
PROCESSING TIMES
Please look at my processing times, they constantly change to reflect my current workload. Each item is 100% handmade and nothing is premade. They take time to make and need time to dry so please contact me if something is needed earlier
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please ensure you have entered the correct address at time of purchase because the shipping label will be printed directly from the site and it uses what you have entered. I am not responsible for incorrect information or address changes.
SHIPPING DELAYS
I'm not responsible for shipping delays, once I hand over a package it is no longer in my control. I will ship using the estimated delivery time but I can not control what happens afterwards. I will help you research delayed items and there is insurance on all packages of up to $100
SHIPPING AND GAURANTEED DELIVERY DATES
I ship using USPS priority mail which is normally 3-4 business days but since jan 2021 they no longer give a guaranteed delivery date, only a range of days for possible delivery. If you need your item delivered by a certain date please contact me for pricing on upgraded shipping, Fed Ex and USPS express do offer a guaranteed delivery date
CANCELATION AND RETURN POLICY
Cancelations must be done within 24hrs of purchase and are up shops discretion and all transaction fees incurred will be subtracted from purchase price.
After 24hours all sales are final and non returnable, please pay attention to stated processing times and all rush orders must be approved before purchase.
Returns will not be granted for lost packages during shipping, they are insured so you can file with shipper for a refund. Once a package is given to shipper I can not control what happens and I am no longer responsible for the package but I will assist you in locating the shipment.
