If a sold item item catches your eye please send me a message. Most sold out designs can be made again.

Resin/wood items:

- Use a soft cloth wet or dry, for day to day cleaning.

- Avoid exposure to extreme heat and avoid leaving your piece sitting in the sun for longer periods of time.

- Do not use chemical cleaners, including household cleaners, nail polish remover and other similar products. But you can spray with an ammonia-free glass cleaner to remove finger prints. It should be dusted with a dry soft cloth as needed.

- Do not use abrasive cleaners and avoid abrasive surfaces.

I do ship internationally. Please contact me prior to ordering for a shipping quote. Please provide your full address and the item size and description that you are interested in in the message so I can calculate an accurate price quote for you. Customer is responsible for customs and import duties that may apply.

You will receive a tracking number update when your order is shipped. If your item's tracking states DELIVERED, we are not responsible if the package is lost/stolen. I will send a new item and charge you cost plus shipping if you want to purchase a replacement. If your item's tracking information doesn't get updated for several days, and item is truly lost and I will send a replacement at no cost to you. Theft if more likely to occur around the holiday season. I suggest having your package delivered to a place where someone will be there when delivered. Please update your address in your Etsy account before purchasing! If you do not, this may result in your package getting sent to the incorrect address. This is not my responsibility.

If it is our mistake, I will make the corrections and replace it at no cost to you. If this is your mistake, I will correct the issue and charge you cost plus shipping to make the replacement. Please be sure to double check all spelling of the information you submit to me.
