The Bitsy Bobbled Toboggan pattern helps you to make the most adorable little textured hat around! Toboggan can be made in neutrals or brights, single colors or multiple colors and with added fur poms, yarn poms or tassels. The options are endless in terms of creativity with this design!

Instructions are included for SEVEN toboggan sizes including newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, toddler (1-2 years), preschooler (3-5 years) and child (5+ years). This pattern includes detailed instructions with both photo and video tutorials.

Materials Needed Include:

- Size 4 worsted weight yarn
- Yardage varies from ~60-200 yards, depending on size
- Size H (5.00 mm) Hook
- Needle (for sewing in ends)
- Scissors
- Stitch Marker (if desired)
- Measuring Tape
- Pom Maker (if desired)

Most items are made with acrylic yarn blends. These items are machine-washable and dryable, although I do recommend hand-washing and laying flat to dry to extend the longevity of your item.

Wash items with mild detergent in cold or lukewarm water. After washing, squeeze excess water out of the item and lay flat to dry. If you choose to machine wash/dry, please place item in a mesh bag to protect it from snagging in the machine.

Some items may be made in a different type of yarn and care instructions will be provided for that specific item.

Please note: washing items with fringe or pom-poms may change the look of these add-on details.

All items are handmade by me. Shipping varies based on availability and current orders. Please check the shop announcement or item listing for current shipping times. Custom or bulk orders may have a longer turnaround time.

All orders are shipped through USPS with tracking, which will be provided when the order is placed. Orders greater than $50 will be shipped with insurance.

The pattern is very clear and easy to follow. The blanket itself is so cute and sweet, perfect for both boys + girls and endless color possibilities. I like that there are instructions for if you put the bobbles on the right or wrong side too.
