If a custom file is to be sent in 1-Business Day you will receive it the following Business Day. If you purchase on Friday you will receive it on Monday. If purchased on Thursday, you will receive the item on Friday. We are closed on Weekends and US Observed Holidays. **Please see shop hours for details**

1) Log In to Your Etsy Account
2) To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
3) An email was also sent with a link to access your download. The email it was sent to is the email that is associated with your Etsy Account.

Currently, you cannot access Instant Downloads through the Etsy App. You can only access them through a web browser!
