90% of our product jars and containers are glass. Please recycle or reuse empty jars.

As of February 2017 all jars are certified leak proof.

2020 has brought many issues including a nationwide glass jar and packaging shortage. We are doing our best and will temporarily offer plastic when needed.
Please reuse for storage, planters etc.

Due to products being free of stabilizers , preservatives , etc. when they melt due to weather & temperature changes, this can cause certain ingredients to separate. The item is not damaged or unusable.

Provided below is a quick fix to this issue.

1) scoop out all of salve / balm and place in a microwave safe dish, I recommend glass or a coffee mug.

2) place in microwave , warm in 10 second intervals until melted. Stir.

3) place back in jar, leave in freezer until solid. Remove and allow it to come down to room temperature.


All of this should take no more than 20 minutes.

As of 2/2017 you may now microwave glass jars without lids on instead of cup method mentioned in step #1 ( updated 10/2017)

ALL pre- made masks must be refrigerated, all labels state this and buyer is responsible for care.

No pre-made masks will be shipped internationally.

For all oil based products ( salves , balms , Scrubs) be sure to apply with clean hands or utensils. You MUST keep water out of the jars to prevent spoilage.

We use Leucidal , which is a natural preservative made from fermented radish root and probiotics in water based products . It’s still important to follow instructed care directions.

The fill line of each Jar is below the screw ridges. You may sometimes receive an over filled jar ( up to the very top) when there is extra in a batch.
