Frequently asked questions
Will I see the portrait before I purchase?
I am afraid not. You will have to place the order first. However I will make up to 5 amendments to ensure you are 100% happy with your portrait.
Can I view my artwork before you post it?
Yes absolutely! I will not post your portrait until you are 100% happy with it!
Do you use actual paint/pencils?
No I do not use conventional methods to create these portraits. I use digital mediums such as a tablet and stylus to create your portrait. This gives your portrait its unique one of a kind look.
Is it extra to add text?
No this is free of charge.
I'm not happy with my order - what should I do?
On the rare occasion Rosy&Co does not meet your expectation please message me again politely stating this.
My small portrait business is my pride and joy and customer satisfaction is my number 1 priority. I will do everything in my power to rectify any issues that may arise =]
Can you combine more than one photo to make my portrait?
Yes absolutely! Want to have your pets combined onto one portrait but only have separate photos? No problem!
What sizes are the digital portrait option and how big can i print them?
I can do any size you request! Digital portrait are high resolution so they can go as big or small as you like!
Can I get a full refund if I change my mind after receiving the preview?
Unfortunately due to the considerable time it takes to create these portraits I cannot fully refund you if you change your mind. I can however refund you minus £18 which is what I charge for a digital only portrait to cover the time it takes to create these.
