Custom orders will take longer to make and therefore ship. Please allow a 4 week leeway for custom orders as I work in oil paints. Turn around may be quicker dependent on item and available time slot. Photographs detailing progress of order will be sent each step of the way to ensure customer satisfaction. Full payment is needed before order is made.

1. After receiving the goods within three days, inform me about the desire to return the goods;
2. Within 14 days, send the goods back to the seller;
3. Sending back is carried out at the expense of the buyer;
4. The refund by the seller is carried out after receiving the goods and checking the goods for its integrity, purity and whether the goods were in use;
5. The refund amount is the value of the goods minus commissions and taxes, which are not refundable;
6. If the goods were purchased on a free shipping basis, then the refund amount = the transaction amount minus the delivery from seller to buyer (and minus commissions and taxes that are not refundable).
