Frequently asked questions
Is this real 14k gold?
Indeed. As a business with over 40 years of experience, we only craft real 14k gold. We can make most of our items in custom gold variations: Rose gold, white gold and yellow gold.
What is your returns and refund policies?
In case the jewelry came damaged we will accept returns within 30 days from the purchase day, and a refund of the shipping cost will be given. In addition, if for any reason, you’re unsatisfied with the jewelry please contact us and we will try our best to solve the matter.
When should I expect to get my package?
We’re doing our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. Generally, the processing time is between 2-5 business days. However, it may vary from one product to another, and might be longer for custom orders and special request. Below is a chart of estimated shipping time using our free Door-To-Door default shipping option:
Australia: 15-18 business days
Canada: 10-13 business days
United States: 9-12 business days
Europe: 10-15 business days
Alternatively, you can choose “DHL Express” as your shipping method for an additional cost of 25 USD, and your package will arrive within 2-4 business days. If you choose so, please write your phone number as a note so we can set up your delivery.
Can I send it as a gift?
Absolutely! All of our jewelry come in a beautiful gift packaging, but please tell us if you want it as a gift. That way, we won’t include the invoice in the packaging and we can use special gift boxes and wrappings. We can also add private notes and wishes to your beloved ones, just make sure to request that in the order notes, or send us a convo.
Maintenance & care instructions
- You can take showers without taking of our 14k gold jewelry, but it's not recommended to leave it on you while you are in a pool or in the sea water.
-To keep the embedded stone as is, it is recommended to avoid contact with chemicals; cleaning materials, acids, bleach, soaps, lotions and perfumes.
- It is recommended to keep the jewelry in an organized jewelry box and avoid friction and contact with other jewelry.
-Jewelry tip: Always wear your jewelry on last, so that no perfumes or other cosmetics get on them
-To clean our jewelry, put it in a bowl with boiled water and a bit of dish soap, to remove body oils. After about 5 minutes, carefully take the jewelry out and put it in a bowl with cold water and then gently wipe them dry.
Can you make custom orders?
We do accept custom request and special requests. You can press the Custom Order option and request any modification that comes to your mind-

Do you provide a tracking number? If so how can I Track my package?
All of our packages have a tracking number, which will be sent to you Immediately when we’ll ship your package. You can always see it again in your order information. When you have your tracking number, put it in one of the following links to track your package:

How to recycle our packages ?
We encourage you to store jewelry in their box.
If not reused, recycle our packages and shipping materials as you usually would, separating paper from plastics. Alternatively, you can ship packages back to us and we will recycle them for you, please contact us for the address. Buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees.
