Refunds on Digital Items

I cannot offer refunds on digital items. However, if it was purchased by mistake please contact me.

Can I have the files sent to my email?

Yes. Just send me a message with the email address you'd like them sent to and I'll get them on the way as soon as I can.

But please don't add it as a note at checkout as I may not see it.

How do I download the files?

You should receive an email from Etsy with a link to download the files. You can also download them from your Etsy account by going to "Your Account > Purchases and reviews" and next to the order select "Download Files".

Can't download purchased files?

If you're on a mobile device purchased files may not show up in the Etsy app for download. Try signing into your Etsy account from a web browser.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Try a different browser or disable any add-ons like ad blockers and try again.

If you experience any difficulty downloading the files please contact us and we can send them via via email instead.

Can't open downloaded files?

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.

You will need Adobe Reader to open the PDF files. Download for free at: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

The zip folder available with some of the printables contains the pattern sheets in jpg format but not all computers/devices may be able to open it. If you would like these jpg versions of the files please contact us and we can send them to you without the zip folder.
