Each one of our macaron towers is handmade, and carefully designed with your needs in the forefront of our minds. Each tier is detachable as to allow you to scale down or go big depending on the size of your event! Take off the bottom 3 layers for a smaller display, or even more to suit your event. Plate sizes and overall sizes are as follows:

Level 1: 13" inches, holds approximately 29 macs

Level 2: 12" inches, holds approximately 26 macs

Level 3: 11" inches, holds approximately 24 macs

Level 4: 10" inches, holds approximately 20 macs

Level 5: 9" inches, holds approximately 17 macs

Level 6: 8" inches, holds approximately 15 macs

Level 7: 7" inches, holds approximately 13 macs

Level 8: 6" inches, holds approximately 10 macs

Level 9: 5" inches, holds approximately 7 macs

(The macaron estimations are entirely based on approximate sizes of 2 inches, per macaron)

When you place your order, please note our production time of 6-7 weeks, +shipping time. Our goal of course is to always finish much sooner, as we know you are so excited to receive your order! But we are a family owned, handmade business and creating a custom piece that you will use for years and years to come takes time. We thank you in advance for your patience!

Each tower is sealed with an FDA food safe polyurethane finish, making cleaning as easy as wiping down your tower. Please lightly wipe down your tower with a damp cloth, do not submerge in water.

Currently, no. At this particular price point, it is only profitable for our family to make them in large quantities. We have custom jigs we have created specifically to save as much time as possible when making our DIY kits. We have not made custom jigs for sizes larger than what is available. There has been a large number of people asking, and it is something we've taken to heart and want to change in the very near future. Stay tuned! Such a gorgeous piece for displaying/serving macarons! The item smelled very strongly of stain/varnish when I first got it, so I aired it out in my garage before wiping it down and filling it up. It holds ~350 macarons, but is adjustable by taking off bottom tiers.
