Frequently asked questions
Returning an order
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and we will gladly accept any unpersonalised, undamaged and unused items provided you notify us within 14 days from the date our tracking shows delivery to the recipient.
Defective items shipped directly from our production partners must be returned to our production partners, whilst resalable items must be returned to us. This is the case as our partners cannot hold stock on our behalf. We ask that you are mindful of this before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund for any orders or returns shipped to an incorrect address.
International returns
We gladly accept returns from our overseas customers.
However, all international returns must be marked as ‘returned goods’. If the item is not marked as ‘returned goods’ it is possible the item may be held at customs before being returned to you.
We will not be able to issue a refund until we have received the item.
Custom and personalised orders
Many of our designs are customisable for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, engagements and baby showers.
We do our best to avoid waste where possible which means we cannot accept returns on personalised items. This includes mistakes that occurred due to spelling errors or incorrect dates in your specified personalisation so please double-check everything before placing your order.
Cancelling or changing an order
We can accept changes and cancellations within 1 hour from the time of purchase.
If you contact us after this time unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order as the items may already be queued for printing.
Gift messaging, wrapping & shipping directly to the recipient
We do not have the facility to offer gift wrapping but enamel mugs shipped from our US-based partner are shipped in a biodegradable cello bag tied with a decorative jute bow.
All greeting cards have the option to print a custom message inside the card for a small fee.
All enamel mugs can be shipped with a gift message for the recipient.
Changing an address & incorrect addresses
If you would like to change the shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
So long as the order has not been packaged ready for shipping or dispatched, we should be able to do this for you.
We will not be able to provide refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If the item is returned to us we may be able to reship for a fee.
Combined shipments for different products
As we work with a variety of carefully selected eco-friendly printing folks this means if you purchase two different products from us (e.g. a card and an enamel mug) we cannot guarantee that these will arrive together as some products ship directly from our printing partners.
Please keep this in mind if you're purchasing multiple products in a single order.
