First, you will need to click on "Message the seller". This is where you'll send the details of your personalization and the picture of your pet.

For Pet Photo Ornaments: In the text box, let me know your pet's name if you'd like it added. You may also include dates. To attach picture, click on small icon of the mountains & sun within message box and choose file.

For Pet Memorial Photo Magnets & Ornaments: In the text box, let me know your pet's name if you'd like it added. You may also include EITHER dates or available quote, (or add your own). Then attach your picture by clicking on small icon of the mountains & sun within message box and choose file.

After details and picture are sent and any options wanted, simply check out.

Absolutely! After your order has been placed, if you'd like a proof, just let me know. It will be sent to you here, (in Etsy messages), generally within 24-48 hours after I receive your request. Up to 2 proofs may be requested.

Once your proof is accepted, I will proceed with your order. The processing time MAY BE EXTENDED, depending on when I hear back from you.

If a proof is requested and received but order does not go through for any reason, there will be a $10 charge for the proof.

Magnets - cleaning the surface with either furniture polish or a mild, diluted dish soap solution on a soft cloth will take away fingerprints and smudges. Follow up by buffing with a soft cloth, (I use an eyeglass cleaning cloth). No other care needed - just enjoy!

Ornaments - as with magnets, these can be easily cleaned with furniture polish or a mild, diluted dish soap solution but be careful to avoid getting anything on the satin ribbon to prevent any possible discoloration. If storing, these should be packed in a rigid box to protect any adornments on them such as pine cones, flowers, or shells from getting crushed.

When your item leaves this shop, it has been carefully checked over to make sure it looks great and is ready to go! If, for any reason, your item has been damaged in transit, be sure to take a photo of the package that your item came in AND of the item itself and send the image(s) to me immediately via Etsy messages. From there, a claim can be made with the postal carrier.

Great reviews are so appreciated! If you already have an account with Etsy, simply go to the upper right of your screen where it says "You" and click on the drop down arrow. From there, click on "Purchases and Reviews" and find your item to review. You have 100 days to do so after item delivery.
